I grew up watching my mom style hair in her salon and ever since then, I knew I wanted to make magic behind the chair! Fun fact: My name, Stevi was inspired by my moms cosmetology teacher. She had a baby girl while and named! I graduated Pivot Point International cosmetology school in Evanston Illinois in June 2006. I assisted in Glencoe Illinois during my training and then went to Champaign to start out my salon journey! I’ve been working in Bloomington for about 14 years. I’ve assisted, managed, and have my Illinois Educator Sponsorship in cosmetology and teach classes under Stevi’s Mermaid Masters. I have a passion teaching all over the nation to other stylists eager to always do better behind the chair. I’m experienced and technical and have been in the industry long enough to be ready to help my clients take the right chances when they are ready! I do offer a wide variety of classes that can be private individual or with a large group! I took a production assistant class in 2022 to learn more about working on movie and commercial sets and intend on doing more of that in the future. From my interactions with clients to my products, I try to be authentic as possible. All of the products I use are highest quality for the most modern technology. Vegan and animal cruelty free.
