Policies might seem like a bummer but they actually keep our relationship and your hair…healthier

My client policies are as follows…

  • If this is your first time and it’s more than a trim, we need a consult. I need to see your hair and hear your goals so I can give clear estimates for time, cost, and upkeep.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you can. I’m a mom of two, so I understand things come up. After three cancellations or one no‑show, I’ll require a deposit to book again. If four appointments are missed, we’ll need to discuss whether we’ll continue working together.

  • Love the idea of going blonde — I’m all in, but I won’t damage your hair to do it. If you’re going from dark to blonde we’ll need a consult. Depending on your hair’s condition, how dark it started, and how it reacts, it may take three or more visits to get the color you want while keeping your hair healthy. A little warmth along the way is worth having blonde hair that’s still in great shape.

  • I don’t give coupons or match prices. My rates reflect my years of experience and the value of my work. You can find cheaper or pricier stylists, but my prices are firm. Thank you for respecting them.

  • If you need anything adjusted with your cut or color please know this needs to be done within two weeks after your appointment!

  • I can’t promise we won’t become friends outside the salon — it’s happened before. Come to your appointment as you are. I do this work because I genuinely love people, their stories, dreams, and hair.
