My client policies are as follows…

• If you are interested in working together for the first time and we’re doing more than just a trim, we’ll need to have a consult first! It’s important for me to know the state of your hair and what you’d like to do with your hair so I can give you a transparent estimation of time, investment, and upkeep thereafter.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, I totally get it. Please try to do so as soon as possible though. I’m a mama with two kiddos, I get that life happens because it happens to me too! Three cancellations or one no shows though and I’m going to have to ask you to place a deposit before scheduling with me again. 4 broken appointments and we’ll need to chat about the status of our working together.

• So you want to go blonde?! I’m so here. for. it. but I absolutely will not damage your hair to get there. For folks wanting to go from a dark shade to a blonde shade, we’ll need to have a consult. Additionally, it’s important that you know that depending on the condition of your hair, how dark it was to begin with, and how well your hair takes the process it could take 3+ visits to achieve the color you’re searching for and to keep the integrity of your hair. A little gold on the way is worth it to be a bombshell whose hair is blonde AND intact.

• I don’t offer coupons, specials, discounts or price matching…I charge what I do to honor the many years I’ve spent in this work and the value of my work. You could definitely find someone to do your hair for cheaper and you could definitely find someone to do your hair for more than I charge too, but my prices are firm and I thank you for honoring them.

• If you need anything adjusted with your cut or color please know this needs to be done within two weeks after your appointment!

• Listen, I can’t promise we won’t become friends in “real life”…it’s happened before and I love that it could happen again with any of the lovely people who sit in my chair. Be yourself when you come to our sessions because part of why I do this work is because I truly love people…their stories, their dreams and their hair!
